Ⅰ- Thermal Insulation Fabric

Fabric utilizing THERMOLITE® ALL SEASON technology is specifically designed to maintain warmth and dryness. By increasing the fabric's contact surface area, it accelerates the absorption of moisture from the skin, allowing sweat to evaporate rapidly, ensuring the wearer feels warm and dry at all times, thus assisting them in reaching their full potential.

The hollow fiber cross-section can isolate air. Adopting a hollow structure reduces the weight of the fiber by 20% and can store a large amount of stagnant air, making the fabric lightweight while improving its warmth performance by 65% compared to ordinary homogeneous fabrics. Additionally, it possesses superior durability, extra evaporative surface, and excellent moisture management capabilities, providing warmth while offering a breathable comfort. It protects the user from temperature fluctuations and helps prevent post-exercise chill.

Ⅱ- Ice-cool UV-resistant Nylon Fabric

UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) is a measure of a fabric's ability to protect against ultraviolet radiation. A higher UPF value indicates better protection against UV rays.

Our nylon fabric with UPF 30+ (for fibers with a diameter between 20D and 40D) has a UPF measurement exceeding 30, with less than 5% transmission of UVA. Similarly, our nylon fabric with UPF 50+ (for fibers with a diameter of 40D or more) has a UPF measurement exceeding 50, with UVA transmission also less than 5%.

By incorporating nano-ion composite materials and modifying polyamide fibers, we've enhanced the fabric to provide both cooling sensation and UV resistance. While ensuring UPF exceeds 50+ and UVA transmission remains below 5%, we've also increased the fabric's heat dissipation rate, enhancing its cooling properties.

Ⅲ- Silk Skin Fabric

A multifunctional composite nylon 6 filament designed primarily for warmth and skin-friendly properties. It exhibits characteristics reminiscent of silk with its lustrous sheen, as well as the softness and smoothness akin to cashmere, along with the moisture-wicking and breathable qualities of linen fibers. This fabric meets the demands for natural, comfortable, and personalized clothing choices.

Through a blend of various inorganic powders, the fabric achieves:

Instant cooling sensation test value: 0.26J/(cm·s)；

Antibacterial functionality: Inhibits the proliferation of bacteria and fungi, providing bacteriostatic effects；

Deodorizing performance: Effectively eliminates the unpleasant odor generated during clothing wear, maintaining freshness and comfort for both the skin and the garment.

Ⅳ- Germanium Fabric

Germanium crystal is a piezoelectric material. Piezoelectric crystals will automatically release negative ions in an external force environment. Negative ions have the function of purifying the environment and refreshing the air.

The yarn made of germanium crystal can release efficient far infrared rays, which keep warm and raise the temperature, thereby promoting blood circulation, reducing fatigue, promoting metabolism, and accelerating the elimination of waste in the body.

Using germanium as an additive to modify the function of nylon/polyester fibers can give fiber textiles specific functions, which can greatly increase the product's added value and conform to the current green, environmentally friendly and healthy consumption trends.

Ⅴ- Bamboo Charcoal Polyester Fiber Fabric

Featuring functions such as eliminating sweat odor, antibacterial properties, negative ion penetration, rapid moisture absorption and quick drying, maintaining skin dryness, automatic humidity regulation, infrared absorption, and UV resistance.

Bamboo charcoal fiber also possesses strong adsorption capabilities for harmful substances such as formaldehyde. It purifies water and air, generates negative ions, adsorbs odors, emits far-infrared rays, regulates air humidity, and provides antibacterial and deodorizing functions. Additionally, it exhibits conductivity and shields against electromagnetic radiation.
